  • Hello & thank you for the Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) rental. Please keep a few things in mind regarding the LSV.

    • 21 years or older (must be licensed & fully insured) to operate LSV.

    • During operation: make sure all arms, legs & bodies are inside cart. All passengers must be seated and seat belts ARE BUCKLED.

    • LSVs aren’t allowed on golf course cart paths, beach accesses, beach access paths or inside Wild Dunes. - Must stay on the road at all times, NO off-roading. Please avoid potholes and slow down for speed bumps.

    • Most side streets are 15 mph and keep this in mind. I promise you, the neighbors don’t appreciate speeding down any residential street. You don’t need to drive wide open. Treat it like it’s your own vehicle. If you don’t, I won’t rent to you again!

    • Please ensure that LSV is fully charged and extension & charge cords are wrapped up on the LSV prior to departure or $100 charge to card on file.

    • Please keep LSV charging whenever not in use, over night and definitely prior to departure.

    • Parking Violations & Tickets are your responsibility.

      And YES you can get a DUI on an LSV, so no alcohol or impaired drivers whatsoever.

    • The LSVs are brand new, so expect to pay if excessive damages are incurred.

    • If there is any issue with the LSV: please contact us and do not attempt to tow or remedy yourself.

FAQ’s

  • To operate an LSV cart, you must be 25 years or older, licensed and insured.

  • LSVs are prohibited on Palm Blvd, golf course cart paths, beach accesses, and beach access paths. We also do not permit off-road operation.

  • Please ensure that the cart is fully charged and that the extension & charge cords are wrapped up on the cart prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in a $50 charge to the card on file.

  • Parking violations and tickets incurred during your rental period are your responsibility.

  • Anytime!

    Headlights are required as the case with any other vehicle however.

  • In case of any issues with the LSV, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to tow or fix the vehicle yourself.

    In order to to minimize disruption to your experience and to properly care for our fleet, PLEASE contact us asap so that we may resolve the issue and get you back on the road.
